Hi

My previous SURE signal V3 suddenly stopped working after just over 1 year, only displayed a solid red light, out of warranty so I had to buy a new one

My new one doesn't work either. I can't register my Sure signal on the VF website, Serial No: 40134920459. I get the following error:

Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"

So now there is a solid red light and slow flashing internet light. No other lights shown.

I have reset the V3, reset my router multiple times. I've configured port forwarding on my BT router (not infinity btw).

Hi shollan,

If you've not yet registered the Sure Signal, it won't connect as it should.

The quickest way to get this up and running is to speak with our Customer Services team on 191 or via Live help.

Thanks,

Matt B
