Some iphone 4s not working on sure signal boxes after SIM change

Help. I look after company mobiles. After a recent set of SIM changes to solve a problem, some of the iphones no longer connect to the sure signal boxes. I have a 'My Account' with approx 8 boxes registered but can no longer manage the sure signal boxes as my account is 'locked' due to a vodafone computer problem. One box that doesn't work with my phone is model 9361 v2 v, ser no. 40111061699. How can I proceed? Thanks.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
