Sporadic signal

SureSignal 2, iPhone 5S, BTHub5

 

Everything works, five bars of signal... then I go out and when I return the phone doesn't appear to connect back to the SureSignal.  If I reboot the phone, I get five bars again.

 

Anyone else have this problem - better still, has anyone got a more elegant fix for it?

 

OR is it possible that I do have the signal and that the phone isn't showing it?

Hi Mark,

 

Either option is entirely possible and either way i suspect the issue lies in the phone.

As you say it's either going to be:

  • The phone is not connecting to the Sure Signal or
  • The phone is connected and not displaying the connection correctly

There is a couple of things you could try which might help
