How can I confirm my postcode (which has not changed), when you website does not allow it?

I am moving house in a month's time, so I will have to go through this then!!!

Could you explain how our website is not allowing you to update your postcode?

Would you also be able to confirm your Sure Signal serial number please?

I can go all the way through the "update postcode" sequence, checking the postcode and entering which floor the S/S is on, but then when I press "confirm", I get the message "Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed".

Thanks for coming back.

I've now updated the postcode to one that's not yours and changed it back again to the one that was registered.

The messages should now stop but let me know if you get any more.

i have just received another text telling me to change my postcode as i have moved.all i have done was rebooted it.good old vodafone useless.

try changing it, leaving it for 24hrs then reverting back to the original one again

i just received another text saying i have moved and asking me to update my postcode when i have not moved come on vodafone this is getting a joke now.

hi i have just received another text today i have tried to update my details but your system will not let me as they are correct.i have not moved i live in the same house the sure signal box is in the same place.the only thing that i can say is that it works just the VERY annoying text messages that i keep getting.

Hi Guys,

To update this you will need to change the postcode to a different one (one street away) leave this 24 hours then change it back.

If this still doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know.

Just tried to change my postcode (and then change it back after 24 hours), but as usual your system comes up with an error.

I've also received another bloody text message about this - SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've been getting them since the beginning of dec. i've never moved nor changed my details since i had it. i've now rung support 5 TIMES to sort it out and got a different damn reason / solution everytime. tonight i was told i needed to forward ports to stop it....seriously?

YOUR systems are causing this, NOT our details and to ask someone to change their postcode to another one for 24hrs is frankly taking the ######.

I have the same but the Manage SureSignal liink does not exist, only Manage Users?  How can I change the postcodes without this?

It looks like the system does not recognise you as the Sure Signal owner/administrator
