Strange problem

Hi,

I have been using SS for a few years now with the odd common problem but just lately I have had a few occasions when I am unable to use my phone for either calls or texts i.e. I  can't make or receive calls/texts. If I turn SS off I can make calls again albeit with a reduced signal and generally if I leave it off for half an hour or so then turn it on again everything works fine. The trouble is unless I need to call/text someone I can find myself in the situation where I unknowingly can't be reached and because I'm on call for work it is not an ideal situation.There doesn't appear to be any pattern as to when this happens it just seems random. I am using the same phone that I have always used. It certainly seems as if somehow SS is stopping my phone from working.  Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
