Sure Signal 1 all lights on

Have a Sure Signal 1, all four lights are on and box will not respond to reset button.

Power off off and on (with and without reset button pressed) drops the Sure Signal back to same condition; all four lights on.

does anyone have an explanation of what all four lights signifies?

if this is a failed box, is there a repair programme?

To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Regret that I have already followed trouble shooting tips and used the procedure to "reset" the Sure Signal (SS1).

SS1 does not respond to reset button (held for 1 minute or more)while power is on.

only option is to remove power cable and holding reset button during power cable insertion gives same result eventually ..... All four lights on.

Any ideas?

Hi clearypa,

The most likely cause of all lights being on is a degraded power supply.

The only way to check is by substitution with another power supply with the rating of 12 Volt @ 1.5 or 2 Amp power unit.

If you require one, they are available from Amazon or Ebay cost around £10 -12 inc. delivery.

Regards,

Mike.
