Sure Signal 1 needs reset after hub upgrade.

My sure signal v1 is not longer allowing phones to connect. All lights green except phone one. This happened after a hub upgrade. I have tried a reset but no joy. SS serial number is 21228583296.

Can you please do a reset from your end.

Hi Mwbandit, 

This sounds like a faulty Sure Signal. I'd recommend trying it at a different location (such as a friend/family members) to see if you get the same issue. 

As your version one is out of warranty, you can purchase a new one here.
