Hello @JimG

As you've added a Traceroute I assume you've tried the troubleshooting tips from the help page.

Hopefully the Vodafone Tech Team here will be able to help from your information supplied.

In the interim may I offer up this piece of advice.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@JimG Thanks for providing your details.

I've checked your Sure Signal and noticed there's recently been a change of location detected. This could either be a physical move of the Sure Signal, or an update from your Internet Service Provider.

I've changed this back to it's original location and have completed a resync to refresh your connection. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to complete.

Please let us know if this works, or if you need any further help.

Hi Colleen

Thanks for your response. There has no change since your work was completed. Just to be sure I also replaced the power supply as there have been threads about doing just that.

I still have the same symptoms - power supply light on but no other symbols lit - even after a reset.

Anything else I can do please?

@JimG

After further checks, it seems like the Sure Signal may have stopped working completely.

Settings have been sent to the Sure Signal but they aren't being received at your end, this indicates that it will no longer work.

You can purchase a new Sure Signal online, this will be the most recent version.
