Solution

Sure Signal 2 Problem

Hello

I have been using my sure signal 2 device for the last few years and everything has been fine.

We have recently been assigned a new IP address in the office and the Sure Signal is no longer working.

Essentially I have done everything in the trouble shooter, waited 48 hours / reset etc and nothing works. At present the red on light comes on and then the 2nd and third lights flash for 10 mins before going off just leaving me with the red onlight.

My new IP address is 176.227.215.27 - Please can someone let me know / advise me as of what to do and help me, my business depends on having good signal and at the moment all I am receiving is Emergency or no Signal.

Thanks

Will

Hi @will_langdon

Your IP address isn’t on our whitelist.

I’ve now requested this and it should be whitelisted in the next 48 hours.

Thanks,

Simon

Thanks Simon

After 48 hours what should I do?

Thanks

^^

Hi @will_langdon,

The Sure Signal should connect automatically as soon as the whitelist request has been completed.

Thanks,

Matt B
