Hi,

I got a SureSiignal yesterday, registered ok but its since just been sitting there with the signal power light on solid and the system light flashing.

I have tried the faq etc and seen this mentioned but no resolutions given.

I have done the tracert thingy and get the following info...

Thanks for your posts here.

When it comes to the Sure Signals it can take 24 hours after the initial registration/reset to complete the activation due to it needing to download a new profile.

Can I ask if you are still having the same issue?

From looking at the registration and the traceroute everything looks fine, if you are still having issues please can you also do a speed test, ping test and let me know the results a long with your external IP address.
