Sure Signal 2 no connection

Hi

I have a solid Red Bar of Power and have tried several times to reset the sure signal box over the weekend but still no 3G signal.

Network light has been flashing but has yet to go solid.

I have checked the router and upload and download server speeds are fine.

Hope you can help.

Resetting the box has yet to deliver a 3G signal.
