Sure Signal 3/Business Hub 3 - No Internet Light

Hi All,

 

I have read the forums and am seeing the error where the power light is flashing, the internet light is off and the other 2 lights are solid ON.

 

We are using a BT business hub 3 with a sure signal 3.

 

I cannot telnet the vodafone servers which I have found in the forums on the site. The IP addresses starting with 212. 

 

What do I need to post here to diagnose the problems please as I have run out of ideas of what else to try.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
