Sure Signal 3 Error

Hi team,

 

I followed the SS3 troubleshooting guide for a solid yellow in use light and flashing power. I also waited 48 hours after my address was updated (I moved and brought SS with me, but new internet provider) and still having this error.

 

Toinght I've assigned my SS3 an IP address & done port forwarding - it now appears to be cycling. I have a solid red power light with a flashing white internet light, then a flashing powerlight with solid yellow In Service & In use lights. Then the power light goes solid with no other lights, and then cycles again.

 

Information as follows:

 

Download speed: 9mb/s (fibre upgrade coming this weekend)

Upload speed: 2.12mb/s

 

Ping: 34ms

Jitter: 13ms

Update:

 

After resetting again, it's back to the original error: flashing red power and orange in use light solid.

So I can check on this for you, can you let me know the Sure Signal serial number?

@alisonmp - The lights you mention show a connection issue to your router, so I'd recommend using a new ethernet cable.
