Sure Signal 3 Lights

I have a Sure Signal 3 and the following lights are on: Power Light - ON, In Service light - ON.

These are on permanently. I have tried all resets (5s, 10s and 30s) to no avail, and I have tried it in 2 locations with the same result.

Is the sure signal unit faulty? Thanks

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Addirtional information: Once working, this unit will be installed in our office. Another sure signal is already working at this location, hence assuming the unit is faulty

Thanks for getting back to us with that information. I've had a look at everything our end and can't see any issues.

 

Because you've mentioned you've already tested it in two different locations and had the same problems, it does sound like the device is faulty.

 

If your Sure Signal is still within the 24 month warranty, we'll be able to look into getting this replaced for you.
