Sure Signal 3 - No Lights

Few days ago the SureSignal 3 stopped working after worlking really well

There are no lights at all showing on the unit

I have unplugged it  - left it for 24 hrs and plugged it back in - still no lights

I have tried it in other sockets in the house and at sockets outside the house - still nothing. The pass through socket still works.

I have tried pressing the reset button - still nothing

Any ideas?

I have read both of these links

Neither one solves my problem - there are no lights - including power light - flashing

Ah ok

It could be covered under warranty.

How long ago did you purchase it.

You may need to send the sure signal off for repair.

This can be arranged by calling 191 or by visiting your Vodafone Store with the sure signal.

We've had it for over a year

I believe the unit is covered for 24 months as per info in https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Sure-Signal-no-lights-at-all-urgent-warranty-qu...

Perhaps one of the tech team or member can confirm.

@richardinalex

Welcome to our eForum. :Smiling:

The warranty would have been valid for 12 months.

We’ve an option to buy one via our website.
