Sure Signal 3 - Suddenly stopped working

Hi, my Sure Signal 3 stopped working about a week ago and I have been unable to fix it following the trouble shooting guide after a number of resets. The power light is flashing, the in service light is solid orange and the internet and in use lights are off. The Sure Signal has a working connection to the router. Any suggestions? Thanks, Duncan

I am having the exact same problem with my Sure Signal 3.  Hasn't worked for two days.

Hi folks,

@duncanpenny - Your external IP address isn't showing as registered in the UK. Who is your ISP? It looks like this is what's causing the issue.

Thanks Ben, my ISP provider is BT so that sounds strange. Should I contact them or do you want to double check the IP address?

Kind regards

Duncan

Ben, further to my note above I searched on the web for the same problem on the BT forum. I was able to go to a web link and confirm that my IP address is on the "RIPE" list.

Kind regards

Duncan
