Hi need help but in plain English.

i have been using a sure signal 3 with a BT hub 5 all was working well until a few days ago when sure signal device was showing not connecting to Internet properly.

after several conversation with on line help and a couple of sessions with BT I went a brought a new sure signal 3 to only find I am still getting the same problem.

i have flashing red light and light 2 is orange and light 4 is orange both static.

i am at my wits end as all the things I've seen on problems are very technical.

bt kindly sent me a link to BT expert but you have to pay a 3 math subscription!

any help would be appreciated

Sue

Hello.

Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

In the above troubleshooting guide is an Issue Not Listed option where it explains how to run a traceroute and paste it back here so a member of the Vodafone Tech Team can take a look.
