Sure Signal 3 hasn't worked for over a week.

My SS3 hasn't connected for over a week now. Last week I asked for it to be resynced and it was, but that didn't help.

 

I have the power light and the 2 white lights solid on. So it thinks its ok.

 

However, neither of my vodafone phones have any signal.

Hi,

 

Just as a process of elimination can you turn off 4G in the phones settings to force it onto 3G which is the signal the Sure Signal pushes out.

Until Friday there wasn't a 4G capable phone. So that's not it. I have however disabled 4G on the one phone that can do it. But that hasn't helped.

 

I did however discover that my work pc is seemingly bad at doing the tracert.

 

I did reset the broadband router and the SS3 again just now. So, my IP address changed to ;-

@skibumza Sorry for the delay in reaching your post. 

 

I can see your Sure Signal has been resynced on our service once more since you posted, and is now showing that it's made a recent connection on 23 November 2016. 

 

Please let us know if you're still having issues.
