Sure Signal 3 no In use light

I installed a V3 Sure Signal yesterday. Red power light, white Internet and white In service lights all solid but I have no In use light illuminated.

Hi TJAWALES,

 

If you’re seeing a solid power light and the first two lights are a solid white light, it means the Sure Signal is working.

 

Have you recently had a SIM change on any of the numbers?

 

If yes, please can you completely deregister the Sure Signal for 24 hours and then register this up again, because it sounds like it’s not picking up the SIM ID correctly.

Is there any way to deregister the suresignal without doing it online.  Your website has been down for hours and I cannot log in to 'my Vodafone'
