Sure Signal 3 no In use light

I installed a V3 Sure Signal yesterday. Red power light, white Internet and white In service lights all solid but I have no In use light illuminated.

DL: 1.93 UL: 0.34

Ping: 68 Jitter: 3

There is no description of my problem on those pages:  Red light = solid on. Internet light = solid white. In service light = solid white. In use light = off.

Please could you post a copy of your Traceroute? 

 

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

 

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

It's still the same as it's always been.  Red light and two white lights.  No service for any mobiles.

... something I have noticed though... my phone is showing the option to make emergency calls and I know for sure that there are no other network signals where we live...
