Sure Signal 3 not working for 10 days

My SS stopped working about 10 days ago. So I have the light 1 solid and light 2 slowly flashing on and off. Every couple of minutes the lights 3 and 4 come on orange with light 1 flashing.

It has always neede regular disconnects and resets to reconnect and has never been really reliable, though when it does work it is great.

Vodafone tech sent me details of ports to open etc etc, but should have I have to do that when it is supposed to be UP&P

I could really do with some help on this.

Well, that was quick. One hour since I posted my problem it has started working. Has someone from vodafone fixed it for me? If so thanks, much appreciated.
