Sure Signal 3 stopped working, unable to reset

My Sure Signal has stopped working altogether, and only has the red power light on continuously, with the white light next to it occasionally flashing white, and then stops before starting again. I have tried to re-set it, but it has made no difference. I have no signal at all, and am losing patience with it. Help would be greatly appreciated.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
