Sure Signal 3 won't work

Hi,

I have just replaced old sure signal with new v3 as it stopped working

 

The new one wont work, flashing red light and solid orange.

If the first light is flashing that means either it's still registering (Which might take up to 24hrs maximum after registering the VSS on the online account) or in some cases a faulty device, if it's been over 24 hours since registering can you try to plug the SS device in a different power outlet ?

I can see your unit connected to our servers just after 3am this morning. You may need to restart your router and your phones for them to pick up the new unit too. :Winking_smiley:
