hi,

my sure signal is showing all the lights and i can get onto the internet but my nokia lumia has no signal, i've re- registered my sure signal and also tried to get different network on my phone and then switch it back to see if it works. Sometimes i will get 1 bar signal in my house but most of the time i get nothing.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Everything is fine with the information you've provided. I've done a resync of your Sure Signal. 

 

Please do a reset using the instructions below;

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
