Sure Signal Box ver 1 - lights 1, 2 & 4 all on but no phone light when making calls

Hi

 

I have followed all of the steps in the troubleshooting guide but my sure signal box has not worked for a few days

 

Please help, I have no signal.

 

Connected to sky router

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Have you tried the full reset, but remove the network cable when you remove the power, and then not plug it back in for 20 minutes after reconnecting the power?

If you’ve already tried the reset where you remove the Ethernet cable and it’s still not working, please let me know your serial number so we can check the registration for you.

I tried the full reset again and still no different :Sad_face:

HI - I have this issue with my sure signal box - all the lights are on except the 3rd down with the mobile phone symbol.  Reading some of these other posts there seems to be a conflict with sky broadband which is what I use.  Can you please re-sync this box so it works please?
