For about a week I've been having non connections issues with my sure signal, solid red & orange lights in the main. Yesterday I went onto my account and the sure signal was no where to be seen. As if I didnt ever have one registered. Eventually I used the register your sure signal to re-regsiter it. Since then I have been trying to put numbers onto it, it keeps saying there is a problem, were working hard to resolve it.........are you really?? Any ideas as to what has happened please? :smileyindifferent:

I deregistered and reregistered on the 22nd, its currently showung as active on my account.

After sorting my VSS after it deregistered itself and It working for about a week, its now on the fritz AGAIN. I've tried all the troubleshooting fixes to no avail, tried a hard reset yesterday, up until a couple of hours ago I had a flashing power light and solid orange internet connection light, now I only have a flashing power light? Help please???????

Your Sure Signal updated yesterday, is it working now? Is your phone picking up the Sure Signal at all?
Please register another Vodafone number and let us know what happens.
After re-registering, it needs to be left for 24 hours without interruption to allow all updates to complete.
