Sure Signal Error

I've plug my new sure signal in, working fine (well....it lights up lol).

i go online, add users..... Error
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2c2]"

 

can anyone help please?

We're aware that there was an issue adding users which has now been resolved.

 

Please try adding these again.
