Sure Signal Fault (Version 3)

For the last two days my sure signal has not been working. I have reset it, rebooted it, changed ethernet cables, changed the physical connection to another ethernet port on the BT Home Hub but still it does not want to work.

 

I get the single red LED permanently illuminated. The Internet light flashes every now and again, but more often than not, the only light showing is the red LED.

Speed test: 6.87Mbps (Download) / 0.38Mbps (Upload) 

Ping: 34ms (Pingtest.net) but if I do it through MAC terminal it times out?

Having read the post link in post two and followed the 30 second button press, the SS took about 30 minutes to reboot and start working correctly.

The problem appears to be fixed (for the moment).
