Sure Signal Fault in RG12

My Sure Signal has decided to stop working!  I have gone through all the troubleshooting and both my 3G phones are unable to get a decent 3G signal.  I have a very fast 60Neg BroadBand and that is fully tested and working.  It is a Series 1 model Sure Signal.  Result of Traceroute is:

Thanks for posting. We work all posts in chronological ordr to keep our service fair. :Winking_smiley:

I've checked your Traceroute results and I can confirm that your IP details aren't an issue. Looking at your serial number details, the last time your unit synchronised with our database was 22:39 last night. Does this time coincide with when the signal stopped working?

 

I've manually pushed a resynchronisation through for you. To complete it, I'll need you to:


1) Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
2) Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
3) Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour. Can you confirm if that has you back up and running for me? :Winking_smiley:

And just to confirm, the following lights are on: 1, 2 & 4 as shown in the attachment.

 

 

 

Anything Vodafone?

 

Just in case it is need the S/No is 21196953315

 

I have two phones which are next to useless currently so soonest response would be appreciated!

Thanks Ben - didn't take as long as you suggested.  Matter of minutes - the signal had kicked in without the reset but I carried that out for the sake of ensuring all covered off.
