Sure Signal Issue

Can anyone tell me how to reset my sure signal box - it has a suspended status which means I cannot make any changes at all?

Hi SJM10,

Welcome to the eForum.

 

Has your Sure Signal not been used for 3-6 months? If it's been disconnected, I'm afraid we'll be unable to reactivate it.

 

If you want to physically reset your unit, you can:

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.

After this, the Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour. :Smiling:

Hi Ben, The sure signal box has been in use constantly for 2 years. The problem I have is related to registering the device. it seems to be working on all fronts but not boosting indoor coverage. This has only just started.

 

So in simple terms I wanted to de-register the device online and re-register it and then add the mobile numbers but it wont let me deregister it "it states suspended status" so cannot do anything via your portal?

Any suggestion to de-register it?

Please could you provide us with your Sure Signal serial number so that we can take a closer look?

 

If it’s suspended we wouldn’t be able to do anything from our end.
