Hi folks, I pulled my Sure Signal out of storage as Vodafone's reception is getting worse and worse around here so figured I'd give it another go before looking at moving off to another phone company - I'm liking the look of 3 and their unlimited data tariffs. Unfortunately the Sure Signal isn't actually working. Tried a few factory resets last night (reset button until lights flash, power cable removed and replaced and letting go of reset when the lights flash again) but to no avail. Device was left on over night but this just resulted in light 1 then light 2 flashing, followed by 1 and 2, and then repeat. Device is showing as registered in My Vodafone. It's not been online in well over 18 months so potentially something has been flagged at your end. I'm on BT Infinity via a Cisco E4200 v2 router, nothing is being flagged as being dropped in any syslogs. Connection is 80/20 but Speedtest usually reports the above via wireless. I'll do some Wireshark sniffs later via a mirrored port to see what is actually happening if all ok at the Vodafone end. Thanks in advance.

Actually that's typical - posted this, walked upstairs as the 4th light was flashing and it's now connected :Smiling:

Oh and probably best I add this - it looks like it was the supplied power supply that has gone. Replaced it with one from a WD external USB which had the same specs, ie 1.5A output, and it came online within 30 minutes of hooking it up. Definitely one to bear in mind for folks going in circles with a device constantly stuck in a loop.
