Sure Signal NOT working¬

I've had the SAGEM SS for over 2 years. Not too many problems until today.
Only the powerlight is illuminated.
Have done all the hard and soft boots of the damn thing and my BT Home Hub router and still just the one solid power light.
Details:
BSR FEMTO Vodafone UK
Sagem Model
253112320
SN: 21196795864
F232/09
It used to connect via my SONOS Bridge but have connected directed to BT Router via cable and no success.
Suggestions on a postcard......

Hi.
Router is a BT Home Hub >5 years old.
I did exactly the same things suggested I did previously.
i.e. re-boot router and power down/reset the SS and low and behold got the magic 3 lights! Why?????
Thanks for all your suggestions it just seems that for whatever reason the thing stops working and then decides to start again. You just need to persevere with it!

Hi baunton
Thank you for your post and for letting us know you are now able to use your Sure Signal, now it is active there should be no reason why this would stop.
I can see that you have been connecting with the Sure Signal and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to post.
Many Thanks
