Sure Signal - New Registrations

Hi everyone,

 

Vodafone are currently investigating an issue where some customers cannot register their Sure Signal. We have engineers working on a fix and will post here when the issue has been resolved.

Hi everyone,

 

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this.

 

I am happy to confirm that this issue is now resolved and you should now be able to log into My Account to manage your Sure Signal.

 

If you are still having problems, please see post number 1 in our troubleshooting thread and post in that thread if you are still having problems following the completion of the steps provided.
