Vodafone Sure Signal

Hello

we have a first gen sure signal box model 9361 home cell V2-V serial 41113722353

All the lights are working correctly and we can call out and send texts but we cannot receive calls.

If anybody rings our mobiles it just does not ring and goes directly to voice mail.

Consequently we have had to unplug the sure signal.

Any help would be appreciated as our normal signal is very poor.

Hello, i have been through all the trouble shooting and there is another thread with the same fault. this turned out to be a technical fault at vodafone.

the box was working fine until two weeks ago.

I have the same problem with mine and my wifes phone, the problem startted to occur a few weeks ago. We have good sure signal so are able to make calls, however all our incoming calls go to voicemail immediately without ringing and our text messages arrive when we are away from the signal.
