Sure Signal Not Connecting

Hi,

 

My Sure Signal has not been connecting the last week or so.  Solid power light and first light flashing slowly.  I get request timed out on the tracert. Can you please help.

Now flashing power light, and solid orange light 1 and 3 ...

Hi djw93,

 

The light sequence you're seeing indicates that the Sure Signal is not active which may be a result of poor network performance or connectivity.

 

Please can you try a different Ethernet cable and reset the router.

 

Perform a reset of the Sure Signal:

 

• Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds will factory reset the device. 
 
Once this has been done, try performing a traceroute and posting the results below.

 

VSS Traceroute command


On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
