Sure Signal Not Working with Gigaclear

Hi,

I bought a new Sure Signal Today and set it up, however it is not connecting to the network, reading a few other similar posts It would seem it may be due to requiring my static IP address from Gigaclear to be whitelisted on your system.

Speed test - I'm getting around 1GB both upstream and downstream.  Im on Gigaclear's full connection

Ping test - varies from 1 to 10 ms depending on where I send the ping.

External IP address: 83.151.205.250 (static from Gigaclear)

I've enabled uPnP in the router.

Traceroute to 212.183.133.177

Hi @jamesfryer, I can confirm that your IP address is already on our whitelist.

I can see in our system that the device has registered and added users onto it successfully, however it's not yet connected to our servers.

I've now resynced your device to see if this helps it to connect. Please allow up to 6 hours to pass before resetting the Sure Signal.

If you continue to have issues after completing this, please let us know what light sequence you see on the Sure Signal.

It is still not working, seeing a Solid red light and a flashing 'internet' light

@jamesfryer - I’ve checked your serial number again and can see that your Sure Signal has connected to our servers, since your last post.

Have you noticed any difference today?

If not, try restarting your phones as everything is now showing as up to date.
