Sure Signal Not Working :-(

I have followed the reset instructions and to no avail

Have done the reset thing and now for past 30 hours have the little globe thingy next to the power light constantly flashing

 

Deeply annoying as signal in home is dreadful

The first light after the power light flashing usually means the Sure Signal has connected and is configuring itself. 

 

Which version of Sure Signal are you using? This could be either version 2 or version 3.

 

Try giving the Sure Signal a reset for me?

 

For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

 

For Sure Signal version 3:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

 

Failing that, confirm the router you're using and your Internet service provider for me.

Im at work at the moment but followed the instructions before and all that i get is the second light flashing (v3)

I can see your Sure Signal made contact with the network at 07:24pm yesterday.

 

Please can you confirm if it’s back up and running now?
