Sure Signal Not working post move - Flashing Red and solid Orrange v3

doubled

Hi,

I have just moved house a week ago, and since the move my sure signal isn't working.

I am getting Flasing red light and solid orrange lights.

I have a version 3 sure signal.

I have been onto the voda website and changed the location to the new adress.

My broadband is via BT infinity, as it was prior to move (when all worked fine).

I am using the same DSL router (BT homehub version 5) that i did previosuly in my old house.

I have 71mb download and  19mb upload speed.

Sure signal  is directly connected into the home hub with an ethernet cable from the "modem router" port on sure signal to one the ports on the homehub, differnet cable has been tried.

Sure signal has activity lights on the port, and checking the BT homehub which does have DHCP enabled, it does show something is plugged into the ethernet port, and that it is at 100mb but nothing more, no IP adress is being asinged. I have tried different ports on the home hub.

This was working fine prior to moving with the same equipment so am confused why it isnt now ?

I have left it on for 2 days and no change.

tried rebooting my BT homehub , no diffenrence and also tried resetting suresignal (holding reset for 30 seconds). But again this made no difference.

The suresignal dashboard shows it as active.

The serial number is shown as : 40132323656

As a note after doing a reset i did get a very bref internet white light and an IP was assigned when i checked on my BT hubhub, but that then disapered again and am back to the current situation.

Hi doubled,

Your Sure Signal is showing as connected to our systems as of around 11pm on 19 September.

Is the issue now resolved?

Thanks,

Matt B
