Sure Signal One lights one and two only - re-sync required?

My Sure Signal has been working fine for over three years and for some reason now will only show the first two lights. I've tried several resets and a different broadband line but still can only get lights one and two lit. Light four flashes initially during the startup sequence but never stays lit. Can you check everything is OK and re-sync if required?

@ SilvesterThorne – I’m glad to see your back up and running.

 

@ adamfyfe – Everything still looks fine and the registration is still updating so it should now be working.

 

What phones are you using?

 

Is this happening with all of the registered numbers or just yours?

 

If this is still happening, the next thing to try is to completely deregister and re-register the Sure Signal.

I can see that there was a location profile change that’d been detected.

 

I’ve updated this for you, and re-synced the Sure Signal.

 

Please give this an hour and let me know how you get on.

Thanks for your response James. I've left it for an hour and a half and after that reset it a couple of times but still not getting any further. It looks like it try's to go further with the fourth light flashing but it never stays lit.

Any suggestions what to do next?

Still no better I'm afraid.

 

I left it switched off overnight and when I plugged it in this morning all four lights were flashing indicating a power issue.

 

I've since replaced the transformer with one of the same specification and it now starts up again.

 

I get light one and two, then four starts flashing but eventually just stops.

 

Is there anything else I can try?

I think it must have been a power issue. It's now come up OK and I can see that two phones have connected.

I have the just encountered the same problem in that I have only two indicators illuminated.
