Hi, I have been having issues trying to get SS working. I have tried 3 different units, all which see to work for a day then just stop for no reason with internet light flashing slowly white. After a router reboot it seemds to come back for a day or so.Is there any way I can have it so that I dont have to keep rebooting? I have tried reset on the device before rebooting but this doesnt seem to reconnect after waiting hours.

Hi asaumtally

Are you using a Home Hub router?

If yes then we’re investigating this issue here.

At the moment we don’t have an update available, but we’ll update that thread as soon as one is available.

Thanks

Sukhi

Hi Sukhi,

No we are using a Draytek router which supports VDSL. I managed to get it working by powering off the router then back on. Do you know if we will need to do this regularly?

Hi asaumtally,

You shouldn’t have to do this too often unless there is an outage on your broadband.

James

That was back in May and there's been no update since then?

Hi marc2629,

Do you mean you've had this issue since a power cut in May on your Sure Signal?

I'm sorry, but this thread only started this week and you've not posted here before - or on the eForum at all this summer - so I'm unsure what you're referring to.
