Hi newbieperson,

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested.

Thanks

Hi,

I have already reset the Sure Signal with the help of the troubleshooting guide.

My husbands iPhone 4S and Blackberry work great with the Sure Signal but my iPhone 5S dies not.

Hi newbieperson,

Reset the Sure Signal to resync it with our system:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

If that doesn't clear the issue, follow these steps to refresh the registered details.

If your number is the registered "owner" number of the Sure Signal:

 - Log into my Vodafone

 - Transfer ownership to one of the working numbers.

 - Log out of your number and into the one for the new owner

 - Accept ownership of the Sure Signal on the new number.

Once done, remove and re-add your number:

 - Log into My Vodafone on the Sure Signal's owner number

 - Remove your number from the Sure Signal registration

 - Wait approximately 30 mins

 - Add your number back to the Sure Signal

Should the problem continue, post the serial number of the Sure Signal so we can take a look.
