Sure Signal Problem

Hi All,

After our first sure signal box stopped working as it is faulty (which Vodafone will not admit and they will not replace it!!) several weeks ago, I have had to use my VSS from my rented accommodation (which means I have no signal when I am away at work) at home so that we can actually use the minutes, texts and internet which we are all paying for on pay monthly contracts. However, this sure signal (it is the newest type of box) is showing that it is ready however it will not let any of our phones connect to it to use the signal. We have followed all of the troubleshooting guidelines, the VSS is registered and activated and I have updated the postcode of the new location. I have also reset the wireless router and contacted our broadband provider to see if there is a problem with our connection but there is no problems there at all. We have all restarted our phones and checked that 3G is turned on, so everything is as it should be. I cannot understand why we cannot use this VSS. I would contact customer services over the telephone however we are all sick of speaking to rude, patronising members of staff who are not willing to help!

Any advice greatly appreciated.
