Sure Signal Problem

I have followed all advise posted on here on how to fix problems before posting and asking for help, but it has now been 36 hours since the sure signal box last worked I have no option but to ask for help.

The power light is static, the system light is constantly flashing.
I have followed the reset instructions 4 times, allowing time in between for the box to settle as advised but I still can't get it to work.

I have a Sky Sagecom router that we have also reset but again, no joy.

Your external IP address from here.

The results of a traceroute.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
