I have been advised I need to re-sync my mum's Sure Signal as her new phone S4 has very limited to no signal in the house. The SN is 40120121617 please can you help.

Hi EmmaPilgrim22, 

 

Has your Mum had a new SIM card with her new phone? If so, you may need to log into the Sure Signal dashboard via My Account and deregister your Mums number for 24 hours. 

 

We can try a resync which I've now arranged. You'll need to complete the process by resetting the Sure Signal

 

If neither of these options resolve the issue take a look at the troubleshooting thread and post back the details so that we can investigate further.
