Sure Signal SOS issues and no signal

Hi,

 

We have just had our suresignal reactivated and setup. I have a red light and the "wifi" looking symbol is solid and lite up. But when we have phones that are registared to it near they come up sos or no signal. We are using 3 different types of phones. Blackberry Curve, Iphone 5, and Samsung galaxy's.

 

I think it might need a firmware update as it's been sat offline for a good while. 

Serial Number: 40112555749  Status: active Location Postcode:GL8 8TQ  Date of registration: 03/08/2011 12:17:00   I've done the full reset and left it for an hour and still nothing.

Just a update, We are on 10/100mb leased line with no drops and solid fibre 1to1  uncontended.

Thanks for posting those details. Your Sure Signal isn't connecting to our servers, so I'm unable to check for software details.

Please let me know your IP address, ISP and the date this unit was last used.
