Hello,

Ive opened all ports, done everything i can think of, and can't find any problems here.

My Ip Address is 151.255.146.67

Can you please add my ip range so that i can get the service working.

Thankyou for your reply, I have rreset my router and so have been granted a slightly different IP address from Sky. However, I can confirm that I am using a UK IP address. not a Romanian one!

I have uploaded a screenshot of whatismyip shows, and another of me streaming from the BBC iplayer (Impossible from Romania).

I've also uploaded a recent bill from my broadband provider, clearly showing a UK address,m the same UK address as my vodafone bill.

And, as I am writing this I have tried entering my ip address to more ip location services listed from google, and both show as being connected to Sky Boradband (UK):

http://db-ip.com/all/151.227.165

I do not know what else i can do.

Hi Andrew,

The new IP address (151.227.165.118) is on our whitelist, is your Sure Signal now working correctly for you?

If not, try a factory reset. To do this:

For versions 1 and 2:

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

For version 3:

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

If this doesn’t help, we’ll need the information from the link in Ben’s post above to take a closer look.

Thanks,

Andy
