OK the sometimes the simple solution is best! Changed the supplied ethernet cable with a different one, and it all now works,

you might want to remove any phone numbers/contact details.

Sorry not sure what you mean. The output from a whois command is publically available. Thanks.

Yes but that is the ISP and it is publically available.

Sure Signal is designed for consumer broadband connections, are you trying to install it in a corporate environment? It may be that your ISP needs to be added to the whitelist in which case you will need to supply IP address ranges.

It is for home use as I have no signal on my company phone. My guess is the ISP needs white lisintg as I have run through all the other tests and configuration settings.

Thanks.

Hi DaveSAP,

I've removed the ISP details anyway to deter the casual troublemaker :smileywink:

Can you tell me what light sequence you're seeing on your Sure Signal - I've checked the serial number and it's registered successfully but it's not made contact with our servers yet.

Can you also provide me with the IP address so I can check the whitelist?

Once we have this info we can check in more detail

Hi

The Red light is constant and the Internet light is flashing white. Currently no port forwarding rules on host and public IP is 195.62.202.233.

Thanks
