Sure Signal Stopped Working

I am my wits in with signal from Vodafone especially when you spend an additional £100 to try to get a signal. I see on the forum that this is a regular occurrence so I cannot understand the 'no service' that I and my wife see on our phones everyday. I have repeatedly rest the sure signal v3 but to no avail. Can this be resolved or does the sure signal need replaced?

This is my 2nd try at contacting Vodafone as my v3 sure signal has not been working for nearly a week. The device is now overheating and myself and my wife are not receiving a signal . Can this please be resolved as the device must be faulty as I have reset it numerous times and lights all appear to be working normally but with no service. Help would be appreciated

Ben, still no signal. this is abysmal. myself and my wife are with Vodafone and the sure signal box is overheating and probably at a dangerous heat?? 

can i get some response on this please?

Hi @daveboymcc

 

That IP address isn’t showing on the whitelist.

 

I’ve requested this to be added. It can take around 48 hours.

 

After this time, please perform a factory reset:

 

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in

Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
