Sure Signal Stopped working 230914

Hi,

Within the last 24 hours my I have been unable to connect to my SureSignal. I have tried the resets listed in trouble shooting but it has made no difference. I would call 191 but don't get a decent standard signal where I live. Only the power light on. I saw some requirements you need on other threads:

Can you please redo the traceroute? It looks like you’ve missed a digit off the I.P. address.

It should be - 212.183.133.177
