I have been having trouble with my Sure Signal for about a week now and the Vodafone Customer care is no help. My Sure Signal V3 has a flashing power light and the last two lights solid orange. On the forum it says it is not activated however it is registered on my Account. Who can I call to help me get it sorted, I have all the requirements for the Sure Signal and I am getting quite frustrated with it!

Hello Matt_B

I have tried to do this however my Anti-virus won't let me run the Ping test.

From the speed test I get around a Ping of around 25ms, 95Mbps DL and around 25Mbps UL.

Tracing route to cluster4.vap.vodafone.co.uk [212.183.133.177] over a maximum of 30 hops:

1            <1ms             <1ms              <1ms        10.0.0.254

2               *                    *                     *             Request timed out.

3               *                    *                     *             Request timed out.

it did this for the rest too
